YORKTON, SK — Cathay Wagantall, Member of Parliament for Yorkton—Melville, was pleased to welcome dozens of constituents to a Passport Clinic held Wednesday in Melville.
“My staff and I were honoured to assist residents from Melville and area with their applications,” she said.
“Our goal was to make the clinic a one-stop shop for those with a first-time, renewal, or child application.”
Attendance was steady throughout the afternoon. A professional photographer was on hand to take and print the required photos on-site. MP Wagantall’s parliamentary staff were available to walk applicants through the required forms. Once completed, the applications were retained by Wagantall, who will submit them on her constituents’ behalf to Passport Canada.
Wagantall is holding one additional Passport Clinic this week, scheduled for Saturday, October 19th from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM in Hudson Bay. She noted that all are welcome to attend, but should take the time to review the information available on her website (www.cathaywagantall.ca/passports) to ensure they attend the clinic with all the required identification. Application forms will be provided at the Passport Clinic.
“I was so grateful for the opportunity to meet and chat with so many constituents in Melville, and I look forward to doing the same in Hudson Bay,” she added.
“It is our privilege to serve you.”
